This Task Force collected financial and quantitative data from the Rex Group Members, set within a clear framework. It provided a vehicle to compare organisations within the group once components had been identified and isolated. It was interesting to see how office rentals or interest charges vary from country to country, and compare efficiencies. The group was also asked to use the opportunity to make common recommendations designed to improve the operational effectiveness of the member organisations, their financial viability and most importantly, the quality of service delivery to current and future customers.
